How to submit a copyright complaint

To submit a copyright (DMCA) takedown notice, you may use either of the following routes:

• GitHub Issues (preferred for non-sensitive notices): Open an issue with the title starting with "[DMCA]" at: github.com/Onmi1855/mobcrafter-portal/issues
• Email (for notices requiring privacy): Send to oj1755@gmail.com with the subject line starting with [DMCA]. Email is appropriate when your notice contains personal information you do not wish to post publicly.

Your notice must include all of the following to be considered valid:

Required information for a valid DMCA notice

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list is acceptable.
2. Identification of the infringing material — Provide the exact URL(s) on mobcrafter.net where the infringing material appears. Be as specific as possible.
3. Your contact information — Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address so we can respond to your complaint.
4. Statement of good faith — A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Statement of accuracy and authority — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Signature — Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name in the notice constitutes an electronic signature).

What happens after a valid notice is received

Once a valid and complete DMCA notice is received, MobCrafter Hub will:

• Review the complaint and the identified material promptly.
• Remove or disable access to content that is clearly infringing, or where the complaint cannot reasonably be contested.
• Notify the creator of the affected release that their content has been removed.

The person who submitted the infringing content may file a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was made in error. Counter-notices must satisfy the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Important boundaries

• Creator support URLs listed on release pages are not the contact route for legal notices to the Hub operator. Always use the GitHub issue route above.
• Incomplete notices — those missing required elements — will not be acted upon.
• Filing a false DMCA complaint is a serious legal matter and may expose you to liability.

Repeat infringement policy

MobCrafter Hub maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of creators who are found to be repeat infringers. A release may also be permanently removed from the catalog following a confirmed rights complaint.
